The area under consideration is located in the city of Odesa, specifically in the Malinovsky administrative district, and covers an area of 27 hectares with deep historical significance. The aim of the design studio was to develop urban design proposals for the revitalization of a previously used industrial area with historical significance and territorial potential for the city of Odesa. One of the goals to focus on creating a plan for the quality of public and green spaces, which can serve as places for interaction and relaxation in nearby residential areas.
