The lecture and panel discussion "Housing Construction in Ukraine in Times of Multiple Crises" will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 6 PM at the Architekturschaufenster in Karlsruhe. The event addresses Ukraine's severe housing crisis, where the full-scale invasion has destroyed roughly 9% of the national housing stock and displaced millions. Architect Andrii Shtendera will lecture on the development of socially-oriented housing, retrofitting, and new construction, followed by a panel discussion with experts Bohdan Cherkes, Marina Kramarenko, Ihor Nadkernychnyi, and Haris Piplas.
